Implementasi Penyaluran Program Bantuan Sosial Sembako dan PKH Melalui PT Pos Gresik

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of the distribution of the Sembako Social Assistance Program (Bansos) and the Family Hope Program (PKH) by PT Pos Gresik. The background is the issue of poverty in Gresik Regency and the role of PT Pos as a government partner in social assistance distribution. Although the realization of distribution in 2024 reached 94.86%, there are still challenges in distribution. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study interviewed key informants at PT Pos Gresik. The results show that program implementation, including socialization, distribution, and utilization, has gone well. Socialization was conducted effectively and collaboratively. Delivery activities were considered good in terms of timeliness, quantity, quality, and targeting, despite facing geographical constraints and KPM absence. Utilization of assistance by KPM is also in accordance with the objectives. It was concluded that the implementation was effective with a good role from PT Pos Gresik, although there were challenges that hindered it a little.
